So how did the Dallas Mavericks do in the 2006 NBA Draft? According to Steve Kerr of Yahoo! Sports, not too well. Kerr gave the team a C+, saying "The Mavericks were hoping to move up in the draft and unload Marquis Daniels' contract, but they could not pull it off. Instead, they took Maurice Ager at No. 28 and hope to eventually move Daniels. Ager would be a good replacement as a strong two guard." Do you agree with Kerr's assessment of the Mavs 2006 NBA Draft?

I don't know why in a weak draft if you are holding the 28th pick etc...and you have a good team...why you don't trade away for a future pick...someone out there could have used the 28th pick for something.
