Mavs win 7th straight game

Josh Howard scored 27 points and Dirk Nowitzki added 23 as the Dallas Mavericks stretched their winning streak to seven games with a 97-84 victory over the Charlotte Bobcats on Tuesday night.

First a 10 or so game winning streak, and now a 7 game stretch, and what do you know? The Dallas Mavericks have the best record in the NBA at 21-7, and there's talk that both Dirk Nowitzki and Josh Howard could be Western Conference All-Stars. Howard, who scored 27 points on 10-of-19 shooting in this win, was named the Player of the Week last week. Not bad, eh?
