The Cowboys have traded tight end Sean Ryan to the New York Jets for a seventh round pick.

Ryan was a fifth round pick in 2004 and spent most of his time on the practice squad. Ryan was in a battle to make the final roster with tony Curtis and Lousaka Polite.

So basically he was a lousy pick at round 5...cause we only get a 7th in return?
