personally i think it would be a great move for the Cowboys if they could pull it off

Branch is obviously a very good reciever, maybe not a #1 but Glenn has looked very good this year

Branch also has the advantage of not being a serious p.i.t.a. , i can kind of understand him wanting more money $1 million isnt all that much for a Super Bowl MVP


btw, im not saying Dallas is even entertaining this idea, it was just a thought brought up

It'd be rolling the dice, that's for sure. You lose a lot of baggage, but there's a pretty major talent drop-off going from Owens to Branch, too. I'd do it, but then, I wouldn't have signed T.O. in the first place, so... at any rate, I think Terry Glenn's established himself as Bledsoe's go-to guy during the preseason, so all you really need on the other side is a guy who can run a decent route and make the occasional tough catch. Branch would fit the bill and would be SO much more managable.
