Bledsoe came out swinging aganist the Saints...had a great game...and Jerry Jones seems to think he is the man (for now)...But Romo didn't do half bad either...Will Romo's mobility put Bledsoe on the bench?

Eventually, but not yet. Bledsoe gets this year, and unless he stinks royally, Romo will have to wait for next season to get his crack at the job. Although I think its pretty clear Parcells has found his next starting quarterback, and it sure ain't Drew Henson!

I'm pretty much with you on that Lefty..barring injury or consistent crappy play from Bledsoe..that's the concensus opinion of most Cowboy fan's i would say.

Bledsoe’s passer rating steadily declined as the season wore on last season (103.7 in September, 93.1 in October, 77.1 in November, 71.4 in December. I would say this was a direct result of a make shift offense line and losing Flozell Adam's to injury and using low talent ie Torrin Tucker as a replacement to Flozell the Hotel.

With a hopefully improved line with depth Drew can be kept up right and having an extra talented speedy seasoned receiver built like a tight-end as a target to throw to does'nt hurt either,Drew i hope will thrive and have a productive 16 game season get us to the play-off's and to the big dance and not fade out like this past year.

Bledsoe is our starter alright...but from what i've seen of Romo's progress it's a nice feeling to have him in the wing's behind Drew if he is called upon.

About Romo wearing the glove's when it rained a little monday nite:


Romo hasn’t had a glove on all summer, so now its like sprinkling and decides to put a glove on. Well, he puts a glove on and he fumbles. That may seem like a small deal to you. “Oh, I haven’t been practicing with a glove, but I think I’ll put it on. Oh look, I just fumbled and gave the other team a touchdown”. I don’t mind if my QB’s wear gloves, but they better practice with them some if they’re going to use them.

What does that tell you about him?

That he’s a couple of quarts low sometimes. Don’t worry, we’re on him. But, I’m generally happy with what I’ve seen.
