Dallas Cowboys have agreed to a new, six-year contract with TE
Jason Witten. He was entering the final season of the original four-year contract he signed with the
Cowboys as a third-round choice in the 2003 draft, and was scheduled to have a base salary of $1.573 million in 2006. The new contract is worth about $28 million-$29 million and includes a $12 million signing bonus.
Great tight-end. Worth every penny,glad to see Witten get his due.
