Terry Glenn not on flight to Oxnard

Terry Glenn was not on the team flight to Oxnard. Today was the deadline imposed by the Cowboys but if the two sides would be close to a deal then something could still be worked out. The longer this goes on the more foreboding it becomes.
If Terry Glenn isnt on his way by Friday, expect a press release stating that Glenn has been cut by the Cowboys.

It seems that maybe Glenn has some questions of his own about the durability of his knee or he would have signed the waiver. The Cowboys just dont have another Number 2 receiver but I am not so sure Glenn would or will be it either. He and Romo never developed any timing, and Glenn has been out a long time.

This isn't good. It's looking more and more like Glenn could miss considerable time, and there aren't many replacement options out there.

The team still thinks one of the trio of Crayton, Austin and Hurd can fill the bill. You can throw in Stanbeck too. Guess they feel its time to find out what they can do. Too bad this is the year they are going to do it. I still dont have much confidence in Glenn.
Boldin should be free next year. But that doesnt help us this year.
