| Last season for Wade Phillips Jean-Jacques Taylor of the Dallas Morning News thinks that the second season of Wade Phillips will be his last in Dallas regardless of the outcome of 2008. As Taylor sees it, Phillips will either take his team to a Super Bowl title and call it a carreer or fail to win and be replaced by OC Jason Garrett. ProFootballTalk.com - LAST SEASON FOR WADE PHILLIPS? Profootball goes on to say that they think he could win it all and still be pushed out whether he wants to go or not. I think this is right. Jerry Jones did not pay Jason Garrett all that money only to have him walk out at the end of the season. I can also see Wade being replaced if the team does badly before the end of the season. (Wade would have to be really incompetent for that to happen. This team has too much going for it to do badly) What's your opinion?

| Re: Last season for Wade Phillips This is really dumb, Dallas a team that can win it all, but all the distractions, I'm talking about Pacman and T.O. this time, I'm talking about how Jerry Jones is completely undermining his coach Wade Phillips for Jason Garrett, that will keep them out of the Super Bowl.

| Re: Last season for Wade Phillips I realize Garrett is being groomed as the successor, but if they win it all under Phillips? And he wants to stay? Then he stays. I tell Garrett to be patient (because his time will come), and under no circumstances to do force out the coach who just took the team to a Super Bowl victory.
