The biggest challenge facing the mild mannered Coach Phillips will be managing the egos, keeping them focused and disciplined. They must act as a team when the going gets tough as well as when things are going well.

I have to say this has been hanging in the back of my mind for a long while. Incredible talent yes, but oh my, those strong personalities and egos. It will be a strong test of Phillips' coaching ability. I am not so sure Phillips is up to the task.
