We don't get into religious discussions on this forum and I am not getting into one here and I don't expect anyone else to do so either. The only reason I am going to bring this up is because some of you may have read it. And that is that Roy Williams says that all this criticism has come up because of his new religious beliefs. I don't believe Williams is being persecuted for his faith. And I wish he would stop thinking that.

I did look up his stats. He had 92 Total tackles, 73 solo, 19 assisted. He had 2 interceptions, but no forced fumbles. I am thinking not that bad especially after I checked a couple of more in the league. I am not sure he deserves all that criticism. I read somewhere that a few years back he had posted something in the locker room criticizing the media for their methods. Payback maybe?? I'm not sure.
If you look at his stats, does he deserve all the criticism he is getting? Is the problem he's not being used the way he works best?
