This is BS. What, are these guys supposed to be available for these drug tests 24-7-365? He needs to take extra drug tests and gets branded 'reasonable cause' because they couldn't reach him on one day for a random test? Absolute garbage in my opinion. Owens has never failed a test and has already passed another one. Shouldn't that be good enough? Expecting these guys to be willing to be reachable on a whim is unrealistic and unfair to them.

Relax Q. This is garbage. The worst thing he did is maybe take the phone call too casually, but who hasnt had problems with phones?
He isnt being a distraction. And he most certainly would never take any drugs. It could have happened to anybody.
I see this as a big nothing.

I agree, this is pretty crappy of the league and not fair for TO, no matter how much I dislike him.
