Reloaded Cowboys are stronger and hungry

Dallas has suffered painful season endings for the last two years. First Tony Romo's botched snap at Seattle, and then the big divisional knockout by the Giants this year.
But the Romo-Owens bond is stronger than ever. Witness TO's tearful breakdown after the Giants game when the media insinuated that Romo's little getaway with girlfriend Jessica Simpson played a role in the ugly loss.
Its unfair to point a finger at him he said. That's my teammate, that's my quarterback. And then came the most surprising statement of all from Mr. "I love me", "We lost as a team."
The bond with Romo is the best TO has ever shared with a quarterback. TO says that they had a bond before Tony was a starter, that they talked about getting a Super Bowl and that Tony was a good friend.
It is said that beneath the baseball-cap-on backwards smiling easy going personality of Romo is a stone cold competitor that his teammates recognize.
Drama always surrounds this team. This year it has added even more drama. They always have the "waiting for the other shoe to drop" expectations of those outside the team regarding Terrill and his antics. There is always fodder for the media with Tony and his girlfriends. Last year they added Tank Johnson. This year its Pacman Jones and Zach Thomas. This is a locker room filled with swaggering dominant personalities and 13 Pro Bowlers.
Enter Wade Phillips-the man who has the job of balancing all these different egos and personalities. He did a great job last year. His job will be even more difficult this year.
So, will this high profile team live up to its potential and the high expectations???

Romo-Owens bond stronger; reloaded Cowboys hungry - USATODAY.com

As a Cowboy fan, I am going to go into the season believing that they will. They have the weapons, and I believe that they also have a strong will to win. Last year they learned that it takes more than just the weapons. They had to keep that will strong all season long.
Do you think they are going to crash, or will they make it?

I think they would want theirs to shut up the critics. Getting a title wouldnt be a new thing for them.
But the Cowboys have been in a dry spell for a long time. I am thinking they might be a little more hungry.
