| No love for the Cowboys this year The Dallas Cowboys wont open in prime time this year nor will they receive any compensatory picks. They will have 8 choices and pick 22nd and 28 in the first round. The league's complicated formula for compensatory picks is based on a team losing more or better free agents than it acquired the previous year. Dallas signed Leonard Davis and Ken Hamlin.
