Jones grooming Garrett to be Dallas Head Coach

The "no kidding" headline du jour: "Jones paving way for Garrett to be Dallas Cowboys' head coach." Thank you, Dallas Morning News, for clearing that up. See, we didn't need to know that new Cowboys employees Hudson Houck and Dave Campo are closer to Jason Garrett than Wade Phillips to figure that out Jerry Jones obviously told Garrett to get another year of OTJT (that's on the job training, yo) and the reins would be his. Phillips knows all this, and he ain't the first American worker to train his younger, hipper replacement. So enough with the outrage over this "sham" of a coaching situation. The 'Boys are all big and understand how today's business model works. They'll be fine.

I would be happy if my job gave me a couple million a year to train my replacement. Where do I sign up for that?

Really I didn't know I mean he is only being paid as much as the head coach and half the assistants brought in have relations to Jason Garret. But I would've never guessed.
