TO loses grievance

An arbitrator ruled in favored of the Eagles on a grievance filed by the NFL players' union in 2005. Owens reportedly owes the Eagles more than $760,000 that will go directly to Philadelphia's salary cap. The union was fighting the Eagles' attempt to recoup $1.725 million of the $2.3 million signing bonus Owens received in 2004. Owens was suspended by the team the middle of the 2005 season for conduct detrimental to the team and was eventually released after the year.

TO reportedly said that he wasnt worried about the money. He said he was fortunate to be where he was and to leave that in the past.
I suppose with his new bonus from Jerry he doesnt have to worry about the money but its nice to hear him say he's happy where he is and to leave the past go.

Re: TO loses grievance

Do you think he will pay back the money, or does Jerry pay it for him to keep him happy.
