Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo has dumped Jessica Simpson, OK! magazine reported Thursday.
"Tony is now starting to blame her himself," an unidentified friend of Romo's told OK! magazine. "Before dating Jessica, he was Texas's golden boy. Now he's become a joke."
OK! magazine reported that shortly after the Cowboys' Super Bowl hopes were dashed by the Giants, Romo phoned Simpson to end the affair. The source also said Romo wanted them to remain friends.
The breakup came about after the couple couldn't agree on living arrangements — Romo refused to move to Los Angeles, and Simpson refused to leave.

I didnt know if it was true or not but I, too, had my hopes up.

Maybe she should dump him. When they went to Cancun, you would think that would be an expensive vacation. But in the Dallas newspapers there is an ad for 4 days and nights in Cancun, drinks, airfare and more included, for $749.97. Big deal, he spent $1500. Yes, in my world and some of yours that is a lot of money. But not in theirs.
