| Jones dismisses potential power struggles on staff As soon as the elation over keeping Garrett on as offensive coordinator, questions erupted as to whether or not this would threat Phillips' authority as head coach and whether or not his tenure would be short-lived. Not so says Jerry Jones. He says people dont really know these two men and that so far they have managed what the Cowboys organization is doing with ease. He also said that no one wanted Garrett to stay anymore than Wade Phillips did. Phillips did appear to be happy about it and he seemed quite comfortable last year letting Garrett and Saparano run the offense. Dallas Morning News | News for Dallas, Texas | Texas/Southwest
