| Jerry Jones ignores coaching staff Jerry Jones has done a great job of signing key players such as Tony Romo, Jay Ratliff and Patrick Crayton to new deals this season before their contracts expired. The idea, of course, is to keep the core group together. But Jerry has blown it when it comes to taking care of his coaching staff. I'm not talking about Tony Sparano, who became Miami's coach on Wednesday. Or Jason Garrett, who has numerous suitors who want him to become a head coach. Jerry ignored the guts of his defensive staff – secondary coach Todd Bowles, linebackers coach Paul Pasqualoni and defensive line coach Kacy Rodgers – and now he's working feverishly to get them signed to deals because their contracts have expired and he's in the midst of a 10-day exclusive negotiating period. I see Simon as an offensive coordinator running weird designed gadget plays... bears9 is my Special Teams guy...he has watched Devn Hester enough to know a few things... Pundit is old school...I see him handling the linemen... Empire will be used to develop Romo, so he can be the quarterback coach...he has suffered through Eli enough to know a few things... and Bette, I need you to be the receivers coach...you are the only one who could handle TO's sensitivity.
