NFL Access reports tonight that both the Ravens and Falcons have offered Garrett the position of head coach for their respective teams. So far he hasnt accepted either. However, the Cowboys supposedly are willing to match any offer to keep him as their offensive coordinator.

Former defensive coordinator of the Cowboys Mike Zimmer has been hired as defensive coordinator of the Cincinnati Bengals.

That says a lot...I think we need him...I think he is a big part of the 'Boys success this year. Come on Jones, promise him the head coach job for 2011

If I were Garrett and wanted a head coaching job right now, I'd tell Jerry Jones to either fire Phillips or I'm walking.

His best bet, if he really wants to be a head coach, is to make the move now. He's not going to be "the hot coordinator" forever, you know - look at the recently fired Norm Chow and the suddenly stuck-in-limbo Mike Singletary. One's out of a job, and the other most likely won't even be offered a single opening, from the reports I've heard. Strike while the iron is hot.
