| Owens still gametime decision Terrell Owens isn't saying much. But at least he's practicing again. Owens returned to practice Thursday with his teammates and at least looked ready for Sunday's divisional playoff game against the Giants at Texas Stadium. Owens told former Cowboys cornerback and current NFL Network analyst Deion Sanders on Thursday he will play this week. While the Pro Bowl wide receiver might not be 100 percent after suffering a high ankle sprain in the Cowboys' Dec. 22 win over Carolina, Owens didn't resemble someone who had spent time in a walking boot just a week earlier. He had just a slight limp when he walked around during the open portion of practice, but still looked fluid in his route-running. However, Cowboys head coach Wade Phillips and team owner Jerry Jones, who spoke to the increased number of media members this week, said Owens remains a game-time decision. But Phillips also spoke of a more energized and enthusiastic practice and said Owens' return might have been a reason for that. And while the final decision on Owens will come down just before kickoff, his availability appears to be a stronger possibility if Thursday's practice is any indication. DallasCowboys.com - News
