My opinion is here Phillips has to at least start them, just to be sure they are back in sync. Especially if Terry Glenn plays. Its going to be hard for Glenn and Romo to develop any kind of rhythm.

Who starts is only for prestige (remember Jones/Barber?)

The main point is that the regulars need to keep their competitive edge and the only way to do that is having game time.

I think the "regulars" need to play all/most of the first half .. then work those who need additional game time.
