Davis strong starting at safety for Williams
Keith Davis typically is in charge of the Cowboys' special teams units. Saturday night, he moved back into a role he once held full-time - starting safety. Davis replaced suspended strong safety Roy Williams and finished with one tackle and two pass breakups, including a key deflection that prevented a potential Panthers touchdown late in the fourth quarter of the Cowboys' 20-13 victory.
