Block Party in Dallas

As long as Jerry Jones looked for his "franchise" quarterback, he spent almost as much money and more draft picks in an attempt to find an offensive line capable of blocking for that player. And it appears, much like his quest to find his Tony Romo, Jones has found five to block, pull, kick, pancake and dominate.
An offensive line that was at one time not only substandard but also in a great state of uncertainty has established itself as one of the best in the NFL.
The group of Flozell Adams, Kyle Kosier, Andre Gurode, Leonard Davis and Marc Colombo didn't allow a sack, and the running game totaled 110 yards.
But how to quantify the success of the line beyond Sunday night? The following should help:
The offense ranks third in the NFC in average time of possession.
The Cowboys rank first in the NFC in scoring.
Romo has been sacked 11 times this season, tied for fifth fewest in the NFL.
The running game averages 4.6 yards per carry.
The only difference between the '07 line and the '06 line is Davis, who is playing at a Pro Bowl level since he's come to the Cowboys
