Cowboys are not good enough

Romo is for real. The defense is for real. And TO is for real. But the top scoring team can forget Super Bowl aspirations unless one thing changes.
They need to play the first half like they do the second half. They need to come blazing out of the gate.
The Boys havent faced a real challenge yet. The Bills are a better team than their record indicates but they arent the real challenge.
The week after the Bills, they face the Pats. Everyone knows you cant come from behind the Patriots. The Cowboys need to score points in the first half.
Beyond the Pats, they face an entirely different Giants team than they faced earlier. Green Bay looms in November as well.
If they dont play all four quarters, they dont stand a chance.

I think they are a good team. But I have a question Bette. Do you think that Romo will get any reps as the field goal or PAT holder?

Re: Cowboys are not good enough

I just wrote an article on the Cowboys' schedule. It's a cakewalk after the Patriots game. Philly twice, Washington twice, Giants, Packers at home, Detroit, Carolina on the orad. They will go no worse than 14-2 in my opinion. Nobody plays four great or good quarters anymore, and they won't have to.

The game is won in the 4th quarter...the first three are only a warm up...

Some teams just warm up better than others do.

I disagree. Division games are tough and sometimes have undesired endings. Giants are a better team than they were before and who knows what Philly will end up like? Dont count them out yet. Washington has a young quarterback, but I still remember getting burned by Washington twice in a row by the same play and the same players two years ago I think it was. Packers have a young team but they are gaining in confidence and experience with each game, and Brett may be smarter than the Dallas defense.
