imo for years now it seems many people have felt that Barry Switzer backed into his Super Bowl win ....... he had JJ's players and all ....... hell, my grandma could have won a ring coaching the triplets .. right

well not so fast my friend ..... my opinion has changed ...... seems it may not be just as easy as some thought ...... all you have to do is look at the 2006-2007 Chargers ..... seems some thought Norv would back his way into a great season ....... hell, if Marty can do it surely Norv can .. right

im just saying the coach seems to have something to do with it ..... more then Switzer may have gotten credit for

Coaches have a lot to do with it. They have to know how to use the players.
San Diego had a lot of coaching changes. I havent given up on them yet. It takes time to get things going again.

Well, Switzer himself said on Fox he would've never taken the job if Jimmy Johnson didn't leave him the quality of players he did. While it's definitely possible to mess-up a perfectly good team by tinkering too much, all this proves is that Switzer was smart enough not to mess with a good thing. Which apparently he should get some credit for, because Norv Turner's proving that this apparently isn't a skill everyone has.
