This is the kind of game the Cowboys should win and this is the kind of game that makes me a tad nervous.
Even without a couple of pieces of the defensive puzzle, they should be able to hold down this offense. Hopefully, they dont get fooled by any Statue of Liberty plays or something like it.
Cowboys offense looked explosive last week against the Giants. Will they still look that way this week?
Was that the real Tony Romo last week?
If Newman still doesnt play, will Reeves be able to hold his own?

I would say the Cowboys win this game, without a lot of problems either. It will depend a bit on whether Newman plays, but either way, Dallas shuts them down, and goes to 2-0.

The only reason I am nervous is that the Cowboys have been known to mess up the easy games.
But I watched a few minutes of the replay of the Dolphins and Redskins and I feel a lot better. No run defense so Barber and Jones should have a field day. Didnt look like much of a run game the few minutes I watched.
Green still has an arm but I think he some of the same problems Favre does--with his eyes. Once he got called on intentional grounding. He said he was throwing at his tight end but there was nothing but white jerseys in the area. Another time he threw it right to his receiver standing on the side--unfortunately Smoot was standing a few steps behind the receiver. He was lucky it wasnt intercepted.
Dolphins have some good players on defense. However, not good enough to cover all of the weapons Romo has.
Cowboys should take this one.

I think the Redskins might develop into something of a threat but thats a thread for another day.

Ellis is supposed to return to practice today, although not at full speed. He says it isnt quite ready yet but he wants to try?

Cowboys will beat Dolphins before they go on to take Chicago in a win.

Terry Glenn has arthroscopic surgery on his knee which will allow him to return this season

Seems that way to me. Barber just has more heart. I consider JOnes sort of a bust. He is a decent player, but not worthy of where he was drafted. The team just plays better when Barber is in, in my eyes.
