He doesnt want to think about it but the day will come when Stephen, son of Jerry Jones, takes over the family business.
Even though he is already the chief operating officer, executive v.p. and director of player personnel, Stephen has respect, but not much credit. He can live with that.
He is more guarded, less likely to put himself out there like his father does. He admits that some of the criticism aimed at his father is deserved.
When talking about being in football, Stephen responded, "To call this work? It's a blessing."
Thus, showing the same love his father does for the game of football.
