Glass retractable door at each end zone features a five leaf clear glass retractable door measuring 120 feet high and 180 feet wide making it the tallest moveable glass wall in the world.
Parking will have 30,000 spaces available
There will be 286 concession points and 1600 toilets.
The Video board will stretch between the 20's ( a 60 yard span)

Those are some pretty astounding figures.

Re: Cowboys New Stadium

100k? Holy cow... has any NFL team ever actually drawn 100k? I'm pretty sure the answer's no.

The usual seating capacity is 80,000, but is expandable for major events like a Super Bowl or NFC playoff game up to 100,000. There is standing room or additional seating in the end zone plazas.

Re: Cowboys New Stadium

I couldn't imagine watcing a game with 100,000 other people. Could this be a little too big for an NFL team. I remember the Raiders complainnig about blackouts in the 80s because they couldn't fill up the Colliseum.

Re: Cowboys New Stadium

Went looking out of curiosity and found this at NFL.com.

NFL History by Decade
"1994 - An all-time NFL record crowd of 112,376 attended the American Bowl game between Dallas and Houston in Mexico City. It concluded the biggest American Bowl series in NFL history with four games attracting a record 256,666 fans, August 15."

So apparently there's been a 100,000-plus crowd at least once in NFL history.
