| Cowboys offensive line flexing their muscle early When sizing up a team's offensive line, bigger doesnt always mean better. All five of the Broncos' starters weigh at or under 300 pounds. The Cowboys, though, have taken a different(and expensive) approach: with size, strength and power. When 6-ft.-5, 294 lb. left guard Kyle Kosier is the "little guy on the street," as Coach Phillips says, you know the Cowboys are fielding some serious beef. The Cowboys spent $30 million in signing bonuses to retain center Andre Gurode and right tackle Marc Colombo and to sign right guard Leonard Davis. Left guard Kyle Kosier signed a five year, $15 million deal, and left tackle Flozell Adams is in the final year of a five year contract that paid him a $10 million signing bonus. The investment in the starting five is as big as their stature. Each stands at least 6-ft.-4 and their average weight is 324 lbs. They also have a collective agility that belies their bulk. " We have a big line that can move the point of attack pretty good," says Romo. In this case, big is better.
