T.O. doesnt do junk food

I've seen T.O. in tight fitting shirts. He doesnt get that body just from his strenuous workouts. He also gets it from his diet.
The 33 year old beats younger teammates at the 40 yard dash and says it is due to his junk free diet.
"I take pride in my body and eat healthy during the season", he says. Poached salmon and steamed asparagus are staples in the diet of the
6ft.3 218 lb. receiver. But it wasnt always that way. Before his third year in the league T.O. dined on fast food.
"Once I cut that out, it made a world of difference," said Owens. He says he splurges from the end of the season until April, eating "whatever" and saves room for his mother's big Easter dinner that includes soul food.
I guess that means no Twinkies or Little Debbies for him either.

Re: T.O. doesnt do junk food

Pro athletes are a special kind of people. Their bodies are their moneymakers.
