Re: Cowboys' Fasano OK after shoulder injury

Commentary: This injury, although minor, is a tad alarming. The second-year man was suffering through problems with the same shoulder during the offseason, and it caused him to miss most of the Cowboys' organized team activities and a minicamp. As a rookie last season, the Notre Dame product and 2006 second-round pick grabbed 14 receptions for 126 yards. Some believe Fasano has the potential to develop into a top-flight tight end.

Two years in a row...are we looking at the start of a cronic injury problem?...and as I recall, they thought he was a bit disappointing last season.

Re: Cowboys' Fasano OK after shoulder injury

Looks like I had the wrong info. Its not his shoulder at all. Its an AC joint. This is the joint that connects the collarbone to the skeleton. Separation of this joint is often seen in NHL players due to collisions with the boards. The problem is that they take time to heal. Fasano may have come back too soon.

can't be good...I think he will now get a tag as an injured prone player...this can't be good for his career.
