Ya know, I'd like to believe that the Cowboys can go all the way this year, but they've been so erratic for the past decade it's hard to believe anything abou them. Back in the days of Aikman, Smith, Newton and the like you could at least expect a solid game most of the time. But even then they went up and down like a yo-yo. When I look at the roster this year I see Bledsoe and Keyshawn Johnson, so there's some hope, but what about the rest of them? Anyone else see any reason to believe in "America's Team" this season?

Not to say it can't happen. I just don't want to see it.

If the Cowboys win the SuperBowl in the next 5 years the city of Dallas will probably set itself on fire with joy. However, sadly, I won't be buying any fire insurance. I honestly believe that, given the Cowboys' dearth of top talent and seeming inability to get a decent coach, the Texans have a better chance of winning.

OK, maybe not, but at least they'll try.
