I have a slightly different picture in mind. Maybe Mutt and Jeff, Abbott and Costello, there are only two of you but the Three Stooges would be perfect!!!!!

It would be hard to decide who would be better suited for the role of idiot.

Wink Re: T.O Likes Coaching Change

Looks like Julius Jones wasnt exactly thrilled with Parcells' style either.

I liked Parcells. He came in and changed that team around. Before that, I got a lot of teasing because the Cowboys were always in the news and it wasnt because they scored so many touchdowns. Remember Bill getting emotional after that Panthers' game and saying "They cant call them losers anymore" ? He took them to the playoffs that year(even though they really didnt belong there) and kept them a winning type team after that.
But it seems that old school discipline can only carry you so far. Look at Coughlin and the Giants. He cleaned up their act but then you start to hear complaints. They are sick of being treated like five year olds. ( Even if some of them act it.) So maybe Phillips more lenient style is what they need. (Hope he doesnt get too lenient)

Just a whole lot more carefully.
And this is coming from a guy who once thought Parcells was a bleedin' genius, but that ship sailed a long time ago. His ego started getting to him around the time he left the Pats. This year he botched TO-handling 101 from the get go, and it's becoming increasingly clear that more and more of his players were unhappy with his coaching. TO has always had attitude, but hasn't always been a problem player - see his early years in San Fran. So let's see if, under a looser, friendlier regime, if he can regain that form of old. Not that he was terrible this past year, but he clearly wasn't himself.

I think I would focus in on the chemistry between TO and the young QB...he ripped on McNabb who was mroe seasoned...is he going to have any problems with Romo?...or will TO take on an appropriate leadership role?

I never did get on the Parcells bandwagon...the man came in and sent Emmitt packing...I think his words were, "This is my team now"...Emmitt was a class guy...he deserved a better send off...
