ATLANTA -- The much-anticipated spitting match between Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Terrell Owens and Atlanta Falcons cornerback DeAngelo Hall turned into, well, a spitting match at the Georgia Dome on Saturday night.



Literally.



On the opening series of the Cowboys' 38-28 victory, while the two players jawed at each other as they left the field following a sack of Dallas quarterback Tony Romo, the controversial wide receiver spit at Hall, he confirmed during a postgame interview on the NFL Network.

Well, Owens has received his punishment. According to the AP, "Terrell Owens has 35,000 reasons to never spit at an opponent again... T.O. was fined $35,000 by the NFL on Monday for spitting in the face of Atlanta cornerback DeAngelo Hall during Saturday night's Cowboys-Falcons game."

Clearly a case of TO clearling his throat and Hall being a bit short...I have looked at the replays...and in the replays you can see Hall sort of sneaking under the spit...then Splat it hits him in the face.

Strategically it tuened out to be a great move. It affected Hall's vision for the game and To walked away with two scores...and propelled all three of my teams into one more round of Fantasy Action....

At least my boy did not draw a 16 game suspension like Melo...so yrah, I am happy...

There is no place in the game for spitting in another player's face. T.O burned Hall like toast when he scored two td's on him that should have been enough in response to Hall running his mouth.
