T.O. Questions kickers release

IRVING, Texas (AP) -- Terrell Owens isn't just sorry to see his pal Mike Vanderjagt go. He thinks the Dallas Cowboys made a mistake by releasing the wayward kicker. "I don't see what he did wrong to warrant him being cut," Owens said Wednesday. "I hope it doesn't come back to haunt us. Whoever made that decision, I'm pretty sure they're hoping the same thing."

Hey, the spotlight wasn't on him this week...so he has to stir it up...I am with my boy TO... I would have kept the kicker...especially with the money we shelled out

I agree he still the most accurate kicker...I dont want anything to do with the destructive powers of a Gramatica celebration! Id rather have the 'drunken kicker'

Re: T.O. Questions kickers release

The only reason T.O. is so upset is because now there isn't another head case on the team in Dallas that he can relate to.

Yeah, T.O.'s the guy I'd let make all the big decisions on my team, is opion matters how???

Cool Re: T.O. Questions kickers release

Deagleton, of the Rant Dallas Cowboys blog has this to say about TO:

Quote:
Let this be a lesson to one Terrell Owens. Things may be rosy now while you’re still great. Consider what will happen when the drops increase and the touchdowns diminish. It will be a swift dismissal by fans and ultimately by your employer.

Re: T.O. Questions kickers release

I am not suprised Vanderjagt got canned. If what I read was accurate, he did not want to kick off. He only wanted to kick FG and PAT. He was refusing to do it. How long will a player last on a Parcell coached team refusing what he asked to do?

A headcase he may be, but fun to follow he also is... I say let him speak...and catches a few TD passes while he is at it.
