they were terrible also, the defense gave up 31 points, so lets not totally blame Drew for the loss |

| Re: Drew Bledsoe or Tony Romo? Well, it would help if Owens would stop short-arming passes. It'd also help if that offensive like could, you know, like, block somebody. All that said, I really think its time to put Romo in and see what he can do. |

| Bill is making a mistake by sticking with Bledsoe. On the Cowboys final drove at the end of the game, Bledsoe made 2 mistakes that a rookie QB should make - not a 14 year vet. He took that 12 yard sack and then threw the ball into double coverage for the pick. They'll never go that far with Bledsoe. At least try Romo, if he doesn't play well you can always switch back. |

| Re: Drew Bledsoe or Tony Romo? I still don't see the Cowboys going with anyone else but Bledsoe, at least while they have a shot at doing something this season. I'm personally not convinced that Romo would lead them in a better direction than Bledsoe, at least during this season. |

Bledsoe would have to have bad game's back to back before Bill would consider pulling him out for Romo. I am high on Romo's mobility over Bledsoe's anyday...it will be interesting to see how Tony Romo will fair when he get's his chance, when ever that may be...Romo's read ,recognition, reaction to defensive formation's will be one of his biggest obstacle's when finally get's his shot. More than likely Bledsoe will have a good game against a Texan team with more hole's in it's secondary than swiss cheese...and the q.b conterversy will be quieted for at least another week. Carr will be attacked and blitzed and harassed kinda like Bledsoe was by the Eagle's last Sunday, but it will be much worse with Houston's poor offensive line..so Romo's debut will be on the back burner for the time being...but his day will come..especially if Drew's field general decision making does'nt improve in the monday nite game vs the Giant's two week's from now..i think the offensive line will get better and gel week to week..i certainly hope so their read and recognition of the eagle's line stunt's and blitz package's was less than stellar and was unaccepptable if we want to get into the play-off's and beyond. ![]() |
