| Re: Nash named NHL's 3rd Star of the Week COLUMBUS, OHIO – Columbus Blue Jackets left wing Rick Nash has been named the National Hockey League's Third Star for the week of Mar. 2-8, 2009, the club and league announced March 9. Nash tallied four goals and two assists for six points with 11 shots on goal, was +4 and collected his fourth career hat trick in leading the Blue Jackets to a 2-1-0 record last week. In addition to Nash, Carolina center Eric Staal and Pittsburgh goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury were named first and second star, respectively. Finally, an accolade for the Blue Jacket captain...one of the more exciting players in the league...
