What a shame... Javy Lopez was a good catcher a few years ago, and had signed a one-year, non-guaranteed deal with the Colorado Rockies. However, he won't make the team, as the Rockies have cut him. Is Lopez done? Will he wind up somewhere else?

Exactly Pundit. Especially for a guy like Lopez, who in his heyday was one of the best offensive catchers in the game. He was a legit 30 HR threat for a few years with the Braves (when they also had guys like Larry Jones, Ryan Klesko, Fred McGriff...).
