| Colorado vs. Miami Redhawks The Colorado Buffaloes were very nearly shut out in Saturday's loss to Florida State, and while they eventually did score and avoided their first scoreless performance since Nov. 12, 1988, it does show that clearly the Colorado offense has problems. They are averaging a Big 12-worst 271 yards per game and are second-worst in the conference in scoring (17.0 ppg). Can Cody Hawkins and the Buffaloes offense get things going against the Redhawks this Saturday?

| Re: Colorado vs. Miami Redhawks Big win for Colorado, and yes, their offense definitely got going on Saturday. According to the Associated Press, "Cody Hawkins threw two touchdown passes and ran for another as the Colorado Buffaloes broke a two-game skid in a 42-0 win over Miami (Ohio) on Saturday... Hawkins finished 19-of-30 for 275 yards as the Buffaloes racked up 634 yards of total offense." NCAA Football - Miami (OH) RedHawks/Colorado Buffaloes Recap Saturday September 22, 2007 - Yahoo!
