The Buffaloes were just 2-10 in 2006. Will they improve this season?

An Epic Carnival.com BIG 12 preview said this about the Buffaloes: "Despite winning just 2 games a year ago, head coach Dan Hawkins has a track record of success that should not be overlooked. They return 9 offensive starters from last season, including RB Hugh Charles. Though Charles had a disappointing season, he is still dangerous."

I just don't think they can compete in the stout Big 12 this year. Nebraska and Missouri are almost guaranteed to finish atop the North.
