| Avs beat Flames
2-0 - shutout for Theodore. This snapped a 4 game losing streak for the Avs.
Kiprusoff stopped 22 of 24 shots, but was replaced by Joseph after allowing Hejduk’s goal, which mad it 2-0.
Weird.
With the win, Avs moved into a tie for seventh with Vancouver, three points ahead of Edmonton and four ahead of Nashville.
The Avs also moved within two points of Calgary by beating them - Calgary trails Minnesota by one point for the division lead and - if they'd defeated the Avs - would have moved into a tie with the Wild.
