| Svatos out for the rest of the year Stavos was hurt when he bumped him knee awkwardly into the boards. I heard he tore something in his knee and it caused him to be IR for the rest of the year.      |

And forsberg's debut - 2-1 win over the canucks, and he looked good on the ice. 4th straight win for the Avs, and Theodore gets the win. Vintage Forsberg, was the quote I read. No points logged but some nice moves. note: The Avalanche have sold 1,400 additional tickets after Forsberg announced he would play
