First Sakic with the hernia operation and now Paul Stastny had an appendectomy and he's gone for 3 weeks - 3 weeks for an appendectomy on an athlete?
He has yet to miss a game in his short career - 82 last rookie season and 46 this year. he's got 17 goals and 32 assists.
he was supposed to be on the all-star team - he would have been the 7th kid in the NHL to follow in his Dad's footsteps (he follows Peter).
who are the other 6?
I'll say Bobby and Brett Hull right off.

After that i have to surf.
Suters? The irvines? Nystrom has a kid now, but he's no all star.

Here it is, but it was the same wikipedia link that is very long! I didn't check it out. I had forgotten about the Hextalls, although the Father wasn't all all star!
