| Re: best Big East RB The two are V-E-R-Y close. Slaton played in 10 games, gained 1,128 yards, 5.5 per carry, 112.8 yards per game and 17 touchdowns; Bush gained 1,143 yards, 5.6 per carry, 114.3 per game and 23 touchdowns. Bush get's the slight edge, but I'm still extremely high on Slaton. Also keep an eye on freshman Delone Carter from Syracuse, Street & Smith's top Big East impact freshman.

| Re: best Big East RB Carter was last year's Mr. Football here in Ohio, so he's a true frosh. Ran for 2,788 yards and 49 touchdowns in high school last season, and while currently listed behind Kareem Jones on the Orange depth chart, it doesn't look like that'll last real long. He may not come into the season as the best RB in the Big East, but if he's as good as advertised, he may well have earned that distinction at the end of the year. |
