Well, after OU's 61-41 win over OSU last night, the BCS rankings have jumped the Sooners past Texas to #2 behind Alabama.

1. Alabama
2. Oklahoma
3. Texas
4. Florida
5. USC
6. Utah
7. Texas Tech
8. Penn State
9. Boise State
10. Ohio State

So after we beat Missouri and IF Bama beats the Gators next week, we could finally get that match up I've been wanting...OU vs Bama. I sure hope Sabin has his team ready for Florida.

Not gonna happen..it's going to be Florida-Oklahoma for the BCS Title and Florida will win it. I think USC (the one in LA, not those losers from the SEC) is the only team out there that could possibly beat Florida right now, Alabama won't even come close.

Let's look at your record on your picks this season -vs-mine.

I have a 100% winning percentage. I say Alabama makes Florida look absolutely S T U P I D. The only thing Florida has is a handful of talented individuals where Alabama has a team of guys willing to sacrifice themselves. Florida has speed. Alabama has strength. Florida has hype. Alabama has determination. Florida has style. Alabama has an undefeated record. Florida has a coach who is eyeing the Notre Dame job. Alabama is the home of Nick Saban.

Let's see this game will slow down to use a basketball frame of reference this is old school Celtics-vs-Lakers. A slow down half court game rather than the run and gun game. The difference is defense. Alabama is going to create turnovers both fumbles and interceptions. Tebow is going to face a multi coverage set that can morph to adapt to his play calling. Tebow will need to do it quickly because the big defensive line of Alabama will push the Florida offensive line around. Ultimately Urban Meyre will fail in this chess game. He panics when his initial gameplan gets interrupted. He panicked against Ole Miss for just one second and it was enough to lose.
If you go back to the really big qames of Urban's career you will see really strange play calling and trick plays. Now his team has been told by the media "You're the best your the fastest and strongest" Ahem... the media has been walking around the Elephant in the middle of the room. They have done their best to ignore Alabama but Alabama is still #1 and still is undefeated.

For the record USC isn't near the team everybody thinks. Their vaunted defense lost to the Pac 10 Champion. Their whole stats are based on a farce... surely you don't believe that whipping up on Notre Dame gives them credibility. USC should be ranked no better than 11th. Utah could beat them. So could the three Leaders of the Big 12 South. I don't know but what Penn State couldn't take them down. They are a farce now just like Ohio State. Neither one of those teams deserve a sniff of the BCS.

Don't worry Alabama will take the Gators out and smack them around just like they did the last time they met. Seems like Florida was ranked 3rd and Alabama had no chance because of Florida's speed. The media wrote Alabama off too early this season. Guess what there is still an Elephant in the middle of the room.

I think this weekend IS the national championship game. I don't think we will see a better match up in the BCS game. OU is good, scratch that really good. But, Texas beat them so unless it's Texas vs. SEC champ (Bama or FLA) in the BCS I think they'll get it wrong again. Oh and just to throw my predicting hat in the circle. I don't think any team out there wants to play Florida now, the way they are playing. I think the SOS for Bama will rear it's ugly (truth) head and I see the Gators claiming another SEC title and with that another national title in January (regardless who they play)

Making up facts is not the same thing as pointing out facts. Here is another fact for you....Florida is a 10 point favorite...put that in your pipe and smoke it!

I don't care if Florida is a hundred point favorite they are going to lose straight up! See it isn't all about the money not everybody gambles or wagers on the games. But just supposed you had of taken a flyer on my pick of Alabama winning it all before the season began [Especially because the "Experts" had them ranked 24th... how much would that have paid you?

Zilch, because it's not gonna happen. By the way, the ultimate sucker bet is a futures bet....like the one you just proposed. Only an idiot bets on who will win the title before the season starts...Las Vegas loves people like that.
