Buckeyes with one loss?

Do you think that Ohio State would have a chance at the BCS championship with one loss and no confrence championship game?

My vote is no.

It should be eiether an undefeated or one loss with a confrence championsip.

Re: Buckeyes with one loss?

Depends what happens to everyone else. A one-loss OSU team gets in is LSU, Oklahoma and WVU lose again, and/or if Kansas loses.

When are they supposed to be losing??? Their only hurdle is Michigan. They haven't been a problem for them yet.

Well, Illinois could take them this week if the Buckeyes are looking ahead. Don't write off this game yet.

Of course there's still a chance, but they need help. It's been a crazy season, don't underestimate the chances of another LSU and Oklahoma loss, someone knocking off Kansas, WVU and Mizzou falling... granted it's a lot to assume, but the point is it'd been a crazy season in the NCAA and anything could still happen.

They made a liar out of me...didn't they. I didn't get to see the game. i had to listen on the radio. They made it sound like Ohio just lost the game rather than Illinois beating them. Was that the case or was it just homer announcers?

Re: Buckeyes with one loss?

I didn't see the game but I wasn't surprised - Zook can recruit it's just his coaching ability that most question. The Illini have some good talent and caught OSU looking ahead. Same thing has happened to many this year.

OSU better put this one behind them - the next game looms huge.
