| Re: First BCS Rankings of 2007 Beat by LSU, at home, on a 4th down play. I expect the SEC to devour itself, OSU to 'be the best in the country' playing a lack luster Big Ten, again, USF to compete for all the marbles. I'm not confident that there are any clear leaders. Certainly, with 2 losses, Florida isn't a top team, but they ARE the best two loss team, period, which is exactly where they are in the rankings. When all is said and done, if they win out (unlikely) then they should be 7 or 8th come mid-January. The ridiculously easy schedule of the top 3 relative to LSU/SEC schedule play is downright silly.

| Re: First BCS Rankings of 2007 A USF v. BC title game will be hilarious...hilarious in that they really haven't played anyone. WVU is a joke. South Carolina, Kentucky, UT, UF could beat them on any given Saturday. BC plays in the ACC... |

| Re: First BCS Rankings of 2007 Too true, too true...at least it gives me some solace in our record. The rest of the year will be spellbinding. The amout of parity in the country is unreal. I do think that conferences with 10+ teams should be REQUIRED to play a title game. Everybody wins, the conference, the teams, more money etc.... If only I were king for a day. |

No playoffs would ruin it. Because if you put a playoff in regular season games would lose their value and college football would be boring. Just like the NBA. Plus bowl games give us a chance to see teams we've never heard about. Which is always fun to watch. |
