Good poll, works for me. I'm a little surprised to see WVU over USC and Virginia Tech, though, especially given that the Hokies only loss was to LSU.

I am shocked that USC is even on there Stanford won a game last year. 1 game!!!!!!!!!

Nope. They're 5-1, with their only loss coming on Sept. 8 against LSU.

Four teams lost this week. I can only see Cincinnati and possibly Missouri dropping out of the poll.

Y is USC in there. They lost to frickin Standford. Michigan loses to App State whos in my opinion is better than Standford and they drop out of the top 30.

Difference is Michigan lost week 1 to a non Div 1a team (no matter how good App State was). USC was an undefeated, #1 ranked team when they lost to a poor Pac 10 team.

What a crazy season. I guess OSU will be #1 by default, with BC and USF at #2 and #3. Then things get tricky.

Let's see... Michigan had two losses before we even started our poll and they lost to a FCS team whereas USC lost to a conference opponent, and they still have fewer losses on the season than the Wolverines. I think that about sums it up.

Considering I had OSU at #2 last week, this one's a no brainer for me.

Not totally sure where I put LSU, but they're probably not going to fall all that far.

Kentucky will be back in the Top 15, though I still have to sit down and figure out where. Missou, Cincy and Illinois are obviously out.
