im not nearly as knowledgeable as most of you about college football, but i know lately (and im sure mostly) the Heisman Trophy winner has come from a top team

im wondering if a non-top team has ever had a winner ..... maybe a team outside the top 10 in the polls ?

as of today michigan will drop out of the top 10, and mike hart is a trophy threat..
