| Re: Bcs I don't see why not. I, like a lot of people, expect Arkansas to beat Florida in the SEC title game. They're just an all-around better team than the Gators at this point. So, yeah, expect them in one of the BCS bowls for sure.

As far as the SEC,, gotta go with the Gators. Arkansas is good, but they still have to get past LSU and they don't have the combination of Tebow and Leak.

| Re: Bcs i just dont see florida stopping mcfadden. I think Arkansas gets the automatic bid, obviously with florida getting an atlarge. And as we speak A&M is beating texas close to halftime tho its only 6-0. AS a wvu fan, i want to see flordia state win this week, and i really need to see Nevada beat Boise State. If Boise State and wvu wins out i think they are a sure thing to go. But wat i really want is to play ND or the SEC champion again. Do you guys think Boise State can beat Nevada?

Looks like Oklahoma right now, but they have a tough game to play tomorrow against Oklahoma State. Amazing how Texas just collapsed at the end of what looked like a promising season. Arkansas lost a close one to LSU 31-26. They lost all chance of making the BCS Title game(if they really even had a chance). They still can play their way into a BCS bowl game with a win over Florida. I'm hoping they do beat Florida, Arkansas is the state I was born in. |

As far as a shot at the BCS title, USC and Florida are the only ones left with a leggit shot. Assuming of course USC beats the Irish and/or Florida wins the SEC. If they both win out USC should get the higher ranking based on Strength of Schedule. That is why I am hoping against all odds that Notre Dame beats USC, and Florida wins the SEC, that should be enough to give them the go ahead past Mich. and prevent the rematch. But the BCS is the BCS so we'll have to wait and see how it all actually plays out. |

| Re: Bcs With the USC win, West Virginia's unexplainiable loss to South Florida, LSU's win over Arkansas, and Florida's ho-hum effort against Florida State, the picture is pretty clear now. Either USC (if they beat UCLA) or Michigan (if USC loses to UCLA) goes to the BCS Championship game. The other team goes to the Rose Bowl to play LSU. The Florida/Arkansas winner will probably get Notre Dame in the Sugar Bowl. The Wake/Ga. Tech winner will get Louisville in the Orange Bowl unless Rutgers upsets West Virginia next week. The OU/Nebraska winner goes to the Fiesta Bowl to play Boise State. The big loser is West Virginia, who played themselves out of the BCS picture with their loss to South Florida yesterday.
